On December 18th, in collaboration with FACETS, The Art Center will screen two encore matinees from Chicago International Children’s Film Festival—festival favorite Birta and a full program of CICFF38 Award Winning Shorts.

Showing at 12 PM, Birta: 

Strong and responsible Birta seeks ways to raise money after overhearing her mother worrying about financial problems and not being able to afford the family Christmas. But it’s not so easy when you’re only 11 years old.
