W Effect is a women’s networking event that creates a compassionate and empowering space for women to collaborate and share experiences. Showcasing both panel speakers, as well as small women-owned businesses, these dynamic, talented women push boundaries in their respective fields. We operate on the belief that if women can support one another, it will cultivate a community that flourishes and opens the doors for even greater opportunities.
