DESCRIPTION:Noted local performer Denise La Grassa will bring her multi-media performance group for a special al fresco event on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at 6 PM, as a fundraiser for the Jackie Sabath Exhibition Fund that supports the challenging and sometimes controversial gallery exhibits at The Art Center.\n\n“We were thrilled to find a date to host Denise and her group. She’ll perform with one of my favorite people, artist Cheryl ‘Sholo’ Beverly, as she creates a work of art inspired by the music, the night, and the crowd,” says James M Lynch, Executive Director. “This Late Night at the Galleries series has really taken off and we’re excited to cap off the Summer with this one-of-a-kind event”.\n\nBring-your-own seating on the lawn, open wine and beer bar, and access to the galleries until one hour after the entertainment is over. The exhibit that weekend will be the Midwest premiere of photography by famed French photographer, Henri Dauman: Looking Up.
