Memories are transient. I lived in NYC from 1977-1987 and this artwork invokes memories of that time:the grittiness of street life, the posters of the musicians and art shows, as well as graffiti from the street artists(which at the time included Keith Haring and Basquiat)

Time is impermanent and memories are transient. This will be a performance piece altering a large faux textures surface with faux posters, stencils, chalk drawings, and painted graffiti.
