Voices and Visions
Standing on the Bridge Between Health and Disease

A Juried Exhibition this October at The Art Center - Highland Park
in celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Organized by Caren Helene Rudman, Artist / Curator and
Activist for Women's Health and Hereditary Cancer Awareness

Exhibit Description

Most people can say they know someone who has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Women everywhere face the fear of diagnosis every year as they enter radiology for mammograms or doctors examinations. This exhibit will give voice to those of us who have been touched by women's health, who may live in fear, or are previvors or survivors of women's cancers. In pulling voices and visions together, we hope to empower those of us who live on that bridge between health and disease.
