Our rental spaces include the Main Gallery, Fireplace Gallery and the Main Foyer. You can rent them all or separately depending on your event requirements. Our capacity for a seated dinner in the Main Gallery is 160 people, and 70 people in the Fireplace Gallery. For a cocktail reception, the Main Gallery can accommodate 175 people and the Lecture Gallery can accommodate 100 people; we can accommodate 275 people throughout the entire building. As part of your rental, TAC provides the following items:
- 60-inch round tables
- 6-foot rectangular tables
- 30-inch highboy tables
- Bistro tables of varying sizes
- Black chairs
- Projector screen (56″ x 56″)
- Coat racks and hangers
- Sound system in main gallery
- Small kitchen with microwave, sink, refrigerator and prep area
For an additional fee, you can also rent linens, vases, votive candles and silver coffee urns.
